Inital consultation
After you contact UnorthodoxY we'll send one of our regular staff to consult with you. During this time we'll identify the problems you are seeking solutions for and discover what actions you've already taken. It's at this stage we start searching for the boundaries which are preventing you from reaching a solution and how we can address these in different ways.
Further Research
After the initial meeting the core UnorthodoxY team will meet and discuss the problem, we'll then investigate previous solutions -- both orthodoxy and unorthodox -- used by other people in similar situations. Once everyone in the core team is happy with their research we progress to the third stage.
Solutions meeting
During the next stage we generate solutions for your problem. This stage is the most difficult and may take some time. Here the UnorthodoxY staff gather together and attempt to generate unorthodox solutions using the several methods we have developed for this stage. We can't promise to generate any workable solutions, but previous tests runs of this stage have proved to be effective.
Final Report
At this stage a final report is generated. This details all the solutions we considered, recommending thoese that we think are fesible for your particular problem. In addition we will divise plans for implementing our proposed solutions and a detailed costing of these solutions, along with an analysis of the risks involved. You will be given an opportunity to meet with the staff member who did the inital consultation in order to discuss the report. This report is delivered free of charge to first time customers.
This can be the end of your contact with UnorthodoxY. You are free to ignore the report, implement any of the solutions detailed, or use the solutions as further inspiration. All we would ask is that you credit UnorthodoxY.com if you use any of our solutions, or find them helpful. Of course, if you implement an UnorthodoxY solution and you find it saves you money, then we'd be more than happy to accept any donations you may want to make.
However, UnorthodoxY offers further services if you require then.
Solution Implementation
Although some of the UnorthodoxY solutions may not be workable for your situation, we pride ourselves on producing solutions that are at least possible. Therefore we will be happy to implement any of our suggested solutions, your UnorthodoxY representive will be able to advise you of the cost of implementation for your choosen solution. Once you've decided to go ahead and have UnorthodoxY implement your solution we will work with whatever companies are necessary to deliver and working and effective solution to your problem.
Further consultation
If you have found UnorthodoxY advice useful in the past then we encourage you to contact us again to consider further problems, even if they are unrelated to your initial query. Unfortunatly we cannot offer this service free repeat consultations, we have to preserve our free service to generate new business. Your UnorthodoxY representative will be able to advise you on the costs for repeat consultations.
